29. The Jailhouse Job

Nate is content to stay in a private prison and serve out his time. However, when he learns that the warden is arranging for the conviction and transfer of innocent men so he can maintain his occupancy numbers Nate organizes the team to rescue a convict and himself and take the warden down.

The Leverage team takes on a software magnate selling surveillance programs to dictatorships. However, when they discover his 1980s computer with the program is protected by passwords based on his high school years, they set up a reunion to get him to give them what they need.

Alexander Moto conspires against his brother, the ruler of Wadata, by obtaining diamonds mined with child labor, selling them on the black market, and using the funds to win the next election. To stop him, the team must get into Moto's Boston vault, hidden beneath a concert hall. To bypass the motion sensors, Hardison must pretend to be a violin prodigy and play a loud concert piece.

A C&W singer, Kaye Lynn, hires the Leverage team to take out corrupt record executive Mitchell Kirkwood. To bring him down, the team set up Eliot as a singer so they can get into Kirkwood's studio and recover Kaye Lynn's digital masters.


35. The Gone Fishin' Job

A crooked debt collector rips off taxpayers on a payment plan and the Leverage team promises to take him down. However, they discover that the crook is using the money to fund an anti-government militia "freedom force," and Alec and Eliot end up captured and sentenced to execution.

After his plans in the U.S. are thwarted, Moreau goes on the run and takes refuge in the country of San Lorenzo, where he has bought President Edwin Ribera. To take down Moreau, the team seeks to undermine Ribera by backing his opposition in the upcoming presidential election.
